S-5-K Grip Snow Clamps
TheĀ S-5-K Grip SnowĀ (āKā stands forĀ Klip-RibĀ®) has a mounting bolt hole to facilitate use of theĀ S-5-VersaClipĀ for the attachment of ColorGard systems. Two different inserts (sold separately) compensate for exact rib dimensions.
Use theĀ K Grip SnowĀ with ColorGard on roofs, such asĀ AEP Span Klip-RibĀ®, and Klip-RibĀ® similar profiles: LysaghtĀ® Klip-Lok 406, McElroy Mirage and Metal Sales Clip-Loc.
Unlike otherĀ S-5!Ā clamps, theĀ K Grip SnowĀ uses side-bolts rather than setscrews for attachment. The flanged-head bolts also prevent over-compression of the seam and eliminates the need for calibrated tensioning.
The head of the flanged bolts control the amount of compression, which reduces the possibility of over-compressing the seam, and makes installation a snap!
